When will my order arrive?
We make every piece to order. It ships within 3–5 business days; carrier transit time comes afterward. The processing window is not a delivery estimate.
How much is shipping?
US orders below $35 ship for $6.99. Orders of $35 and above ship free.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size charts in your product’s photos and the fit guidance in its description. Ask us before ordering if you’re unsure.
Can I personalize my piece?
Products that support personalization include an entry field. Follow the instructions, use the color charts, and double-check spelling before checkout.
Do you accept returns?
No returns. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us. We can review cancellations, corrections, and refunds as customer-service exceptions.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout as a guest with Stripe. You can reply to order emails for help.
Do you offer local pickup?
Please contact us before ordering if you need local pickup. The website’s checkout currently uses the shipping policy above.
