Damaged or incorrect items

If something is damaged or we sent the wrong item, reply to your order email or contact hello@becausemamathreadso.com with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help.

Cancellations & exceptions

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order. We review these requests individually and cannot guarantee changes after production begins. Refunds may be issued through Stripe when appropriate.
