We use the information you provide at checkout—your name, email, shipping address, order details, and messages—to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details on its secure checkout. We do not receive or store raw payment card numbers.

Storage & communication

Our storefront and order services use Amazon Web Services. Order emails and customer replies are processed through Amazon SES. Access to customer order records is restricted to authorized administrators.

Browser storage

Your shopping bag is saved in your browser’s local storage. Private administrator sessions use secure cookies. This site does not currently use advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, page views, clicks, and shopping sessions so we can improve the store. PostHog uses browser storage and cookies to recognize visits and processes analytics in its US service. We do not enable session recordings, track the private order studio, or send payment card details to PostHog.
